They say, “we’re only as fast as our slowest team member,” but has anyone wondered what is slowing that team member down? If the slowest team member is the overloaded manager being pulled in every direction, who helps manage that? And how?

Through drag-and-drop automations based around an unlimited amount of conditions, time-consuming tasks can be put on autopilot. Imagine how different the workday would be if a manager no longer had to drudge through assisting and administering leads. With specified conditions we can use conditional lead detail to route leads appropriately.

In the example below, we look at a website lead  journey. With the click of a button, the Kizen User can create a required form field, ensuring the prospective lead lists which U.S. state they are reaching out from. As they select the state and submit the form, the lead is automatically routed to the sales rep in the corresponding state, along with a new opportunity, contact, and appropriate activity with a defined “due date” based on the  sales expectations set forth by the team.

How else can we create efficiency for our overwhelmed team members? Let’s talk about drag-and-drop workflow automation based on endless conditions and parameters. There are hundreds, if not thousands, of daily opportunities that someone could use a hand with. Kizen can remove the human element and workflow backups that tend to go unseen for long periods of time. In the video below we try our hand at activity results and goal setting.

These examples are the tip of the iceberg. Before your imagination runs wild with productivity possibilities, consider this – any detail added to the platform can be actioned on no matter where it begins. This allows for limitless improvements, changes, and edits. The options are endless, even if details are missing or time passes with unfulfilled information.
